Downtown
Accommodation is located in a beatiful 19th-century building within 5
minutes walk from most major cultural and artistic sites and monuments
such as: the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia, Campidoglio, and
15-20 minutes from the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Via Veneto,
Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori. Two subway stations and bus lines will
connect you to any area of the city within minutes.
There are
also lots churches nearby: The Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, St.
Peter in Chains in Via Cavour where one can admire the famous Moses by
Michelangelo and Basilica di San Clemente.
Termini
Station is just 15 minutes by foot and links with the direct train to
Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci) Airport. Also the coaches to and from
Ciampino Airport arrive and depart from here.
The bus stop at Piazza Venezia nearby (6 minutes walk) connects directly with St. Peter's Basilica and Vatican Museum.
There is a delicious local shop (pizza, bread, italian wines and cheese) and an ATM/Bancomat just to our right.
